It inhibits honesty and fosters repressed frustration. I have had better freindships with non-white people when I could speak my mind without having to tiptoe through the PC minefeild. While in some cases they disagreed with my views on certain controversial race issues, they were able to respect that I at least had a point of view that was based on my experiences rather than just playing hte race card on me.

I have had a better relationship with non-whites when I was able to tell them their place.

Not true. My wife is an immigrant and not a slave. She makes good money in her profession and is quite succesful.
