thats the same girl in the second picture, there is nothing special about her dress. It is not a cocktail dress, most cocktail dresses are short. This is more of a formal dress. Maybe it is the only formal gown she owned. You obviously haven't seen some of the dresses some girls wear. I would say she is quite conservative in that dress. She looks fine, it wouldn't be my choice but she is not out of place.

You're not the President. Society simply expects a leader to behave in a certain manner. If it was some random guy checking out the girls booty, this conversation would have died long ago.
