not point 8 this new law says ZERO

Ontario's Liberal government has introduced legislation which will make it illegal for drivers under 21 to have any alcohol in their system when they're behind the wheel.

The change will also apply to every new driver during their first year on the road, no matter what the driver's age.

I thought this law was already in. thats what the N  means too I think.
ask Mandy she will know she has a N
I didn't have L and N when I got my licence. we just went straight to a class 5

In the end is won't make a big difference.  The vast majority of serious accidents occur when the driver has a BAC above .08 anyhow, so you're really just inconveniencing the people that just want a glass of wine or two with dinner...

I'm not allowed to have even a little bit of alcohole. I'm not allowed to have more than one passenger under the age of 25 unless they are immediate family or I'm accompainied by a class 5 driver... I will be a class 5 driver on August 19 2009.

You can get wasted if you drink an entire jug of mouthwash. I know somebody who does that, now she is a vapid slug. Disgusting!
