I am in the middle of one. I did one last year and lost 6 kgs and had more energy and my mental clarity was heightened a great deal. Wondering if anyone else had done one?

I actually did a few different ones over the years

I remember one I did was such an extreme flush, but it wasn't like a stomach ache or anything, just nothing stayed in my system for very long

it was extreme but I think you are right about the clarity thing

lol

it was teas mostly

it's been a few years at least

I should do another one

I have been hearing about something called "chelation therapy" which is kind of a thing that washes out toxins like heavy metals like mercury and lead out of your system, they normally have to do it IV in a doctor's office, but I have heard recently about an oral version you can take at home....... need to look into that.

yeah chelation sounds pretty hardcore.

I am doing this and then gonna do a candida cleanse.

Felt like crap last 2 days now over the worst and feel good.

Man, food is more addictive than smoking though. I quit smoking a few years back and giving up my fav foods for 10 days is FAR WORSE!!!

I talked to an alternative doctor that specialized in chelation and he said it was really safe and comfortable actually, he said the biggest problem he had was that he had to carry special insurance because it was an alternative therapy and he was dealing with alot of elderly patients that could have unexpected problems regardless of the kind of treatment they were getting.

He really believes in the benefits though as alot of the metals and toxins build up in the system over the years.

yeah you want eye surgery?

I bet you look good in glasses already.

I like wearing my glasses. I only wear em at work though I guess. Might think differently if it was full time.
