Not familiar with hamburger helper, that's why. I like to marinade a beef flank steak and then broil it. Once broiled, I like to slice it across the grain in thin slices. In the meantime, I will saute together some onions in olive oil, add Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, and then capers, then I add the sliced meat in that mix. Mix it together until the meat is hot again. Yummy!

When its my turn to cook, i'm all over steak (new york, rib eye or t-bone) a baked potato, some asparagus, caesar salad (all homemade) and good fresh hot bread.  I could eat that every day

You sound just like my husband. If he can have his way, that's what he'd like to have, exactly.

In fact, all three men in my home, my husband and two sons are such beef eaters. Their favorite would be rib eye, of course, or some call it Delmonicos.

While my family loves beef, I am the seafood princess. I love salmon, tilapia, flounder, trout, Chilean sea bass.

Me too, oh Neptune! I love seafood in all forms. Sushi is my favorite delight. I can also eat raw fish. I ate raw fish back in my country and also in French Polynesia. They have a raw fish salad. Yum yum.

I'll never get tired of sushi/sashimi, oh well, maybe if I have it 3 times a day and everyday. Hm. Maybe I will want a break. [laughing] I try all types. I am not so fond of the sea urchin.

I stepped on one in Moorea, French Polynesia. It left it's little thingy inside my skin. My body just flushed it out eventually but I had to pee on the spot to make the sting go away. [laughing]

that's odd.  Typically only pee would affect the nematocycst of a jelly fish, not the poisonous spine of a sea urchin.  Different toxins

That's what the manager of the resort told us to do. We laughed out loud. He said, "I don't care who pees on it you or your husband but believe me it works."
