Leong and Tobias were comparing information about their siblings. At one point Tobias said, "My older brother was born on the Fourth of July. I remember the day because I was watching the fireworks."

Leong immediately knew it was a lie. How did he know?

A large truck is crossing a bridge 1 mile long. The bridge can only hold 14000 lbs, which is the exact weight of the truck. The truck makes it half way across the bridge and stops. A bird lands on the truck. Does the bridge collapse?

well the fact that you mentioned the bridge is so long[a mile] and he has to drive a 1/2 a mile before he stops The weight of the bird is probably less then the weight of the gas he burnt to do all that driving. So I say no the bridge does not collapse!
