BEHOLD!  It's a little hard to tell from the angle that I'd taken this pic (there was a wall in the way), but this cat weighs 33 pounds!

the cat's personalities shine through their eyes....

the cat that was sleeping at the foot of my bed got barred from the room due to puking problems... it's the strangest thing, he will let out this weird kind of meowing howling whooping kind of noise for about 30 seconds which is loud enough to alert anyone at any end of the household... then he retches... seems to be consistent with anytime he eats anything other than his dry catfood, one shrimp could set him off.... I made the mistake of leaving my fish dinner on the computer desk, naively thinking the cat would respect the fact that it was my dinner and it was on a desk, but no.. he got into it and ate some of the fish, and sure enough 15 minutes later the strange whooping noise..... ugh

Is it starting to slow down a bit?  I'm just curious, as it seems strange that it's having trouble stomaching many foods lately...  If it was just something that came and went fairly quick, I wouldn't really be too concerned at all, but if it's an ongoing problem, I wonder if it's a medical issue of some sort...

from what I understand, he's been pretty 'new food' intolerant for a long while... other than that he seems in pretty good shape for a 10 year old cat, coat is shiny and clean, eyes are bright, goes into spaz mode of activity every once and a while for a spurt.... seems like a typical cat to me (which I guess includes the puking Tongue  )

Bosley's Cutest Pet Contest
Saturday, September 13.  Do you have the cutest pet?  We will be at the North Vancouver Location of Bosley's Pet Food Plus (133 East 14th Street, North Vancouver) taking pet photos.  

JACK FM will be on site from 12:00pm-2:00pm; photo taking will be available from 12:00pm-5:00pm.  The photos will be uploaded onto our website for one month, where Jackaholic members can vote for the photo that they think is the cutest.  At the end of the month we'll tally up the votes, and the winner will be awarded a $200 gift certificate to Bosley's Pet Food Plus!  http://www.bosleys.com/
