down here the big debate on the radio was whether the media would be responsible by airing the Osama video tapes.... sounds kind of strange that they already know that tapes are coming? anyways, as if they could suppress them even if they wanted to, and the traditional media wouldn't want to give up the advantage they have already lost to the internet so it is a moot point on whether they will air it or not, I think

where in CA M grenade?  I gre up there, los altos, CA, then university in Santa Barbara, then lived in LA for 2 years before I mvoed to the northwest

h beach rules.  however santa barbara always holds a place in my heart.  I hope to retire there one day.  That place is a blast, such mellow, cool and pretty people.

one thing I miss whenever I leave this state is the fresh fruit and vegetables, so many varieties and choices and not too expensive

huntington I miss heading down Beach Blvd and hanging out on the beach in the afternoons, the place is so dead in the 'wintertime' but you feel like you are in a different place with the power of the ocean and the salty breeze and noise of the waves

i hear ya, i feel the same way about SB.  My college roommate and I used to go to the rich montecito estates and steal avocado's by the backpack full.  good food.  the avocados we get here SUCK

I noticed that too, I don't even really like avocado when I am in Canada... but here I eat guacamole often and slices of avocado on tacos nearly every day.

my favorte way to eat avocados, just slice them in half, de-pit, slice vertically and horizontallhy without piercing the skin, coat with tabasco, seasonig salt and lime, and eat with a spoon. YUM  better than sex
