I felt that way at first, started to write a note to put on the window, then I was thinking that it could be a new neighbor just moving in or something and didn't know any better or couldn't find a stall, and an angry note on the window wouldn't be a very nice welcoming committee.....

so I started out mad and segued into becoming understanding.... I think I'll take a look and see if it is still there

Mad if you recognize the car.

Understanding if it's someone new or an emergency which forced the invasion of your spot.

If you were upset about that car in your parking spot, imagine how someone in a car that happens to use a wheelchair would feel about this in their spot. [Shocked)]

^ it's a scooter. The person using that spot appears to be entitled to it.

I disagree, it is obvious the person that parked the scooter there walked somewhere, and besides isn't a scooter meant to be used like a wheelchair, especially indoors, and you don't see people leaving their wheelchairs in the disabled parking spot.

The person in the scooter could very well be disabled.

The evidence is inconclusive.

That's a good point. Couldn't the person have gone to the bathroom? Maybe they couldn't take it indoors, so they left it in a parking spot. After all it's a motorized vehicle, so to them it's their car.

Well, whatever the reason for that scooter being in the wheelchair parking spot, that picture raised a lot of discussion on a disability blog.  Most said it was wrong, including me, others said a scooter is like a car so technically it was okay to park there, and still others thought it was a joke picture that someone was making fun of people with disabilities.  Yadda, yadda, yadda.  No easy answers when it comes to disability, I'll tell ya! my counter argument in that, if a scooter is a car, they should not be driving it in the sidewalk...

If you could find some doggy doo you could smear it on his or hers windshield but make sure you wear gloves.[Smiley]

Leave a note under his wiper that says something like, "Park in this stall again and your car won't be so lucky next time"...

it'd be hard not to be obvious when the poop hits the trap door on the way down to the ground, and you end up walking around all day smelling like sh-. [8D]
