We have seen the popularity of the Nintendo Wii which shows that innovation in the way we interface with our technology can produce exciting new experiences.
Scientists at Stanford University have developed the EyePoint system which uses eye tracking to replace the mouse for web surfing. Early testers have commented that the system is so intuitive to use that it made them feel as though the computer was reading their mind. Some are saying that eye tracking may become a standard interface with computers within the next five years.
