I think I might have some chicken wraps with lots of spinach. Maybe some fresh garden veggies will make a nice salad to go with it.

Hello. My chicken wrap was good. I put ricotta and spinach with my chicken and wrapped it in a tomato basil wrap. It was very tastey.

Picked up a few flat buns/small flatbreads from Trilussa up on Main St and ate them with some canned Salmon-green onions/cilantro/mayo & lemon-this was @ the beach.

A tad chilly but very tasty overall.

A fair number of these vegetarian meals of late. Trying to lose some weight, while eating a bit healthier and trying to stay within my monthly food budget.

I must admit for a vegetarian meal these do not taste to bad but I sure get serious cravings for meat at times. Another problem arises in that it takes 2 of these to fill me up thus defeating the purpose of buying them. They are not so cheap, nor are they that tasty but they are cheaper than making a full meal at times.
