There used to be a good poster there, at DV, a long time ago, years in fact, she was really entertaining to read, but some people there were so mean to her, all the time, that I think she quit all forums (I'm not sure, she might still post on some wrestling forums somewhere, but I haven't seen her anywhere in a long time)

Don't let them get you down, you know this place is always here too and all of us here are a lot more civil, generally speaking.

To be honest, I am surprised DV is still around.

During my time on there, I saw DV on the news twice! Once during a report about inappropriate websites about Canada and another about racism on the internet.

It's unfortunate that trolls took over that forum. Not only do they make Canadians look bad, it's also bad for Vancouver. With a name like Discover Vancouver, I'm sure tourists have come upon that website thinking it was about tourism in Vancouver.

All those trolls wasting their lives day by day on there.

DV certainly has more than its fair share of nasty people, but there are also some great people on there and a few whose posts are always, without fail, worth reading.  Just sift through the crap to get to the gold and don't take anything too seriously!
