clearly, it is catering to guys into cross dressing. it is very funny and sad at the same time. these people need professional help. likely, they were born with brain cross wiring or something happened in their childhood to mess them up.

cosplay is a popular thing for Japanese and anime fans. They even have anime convention here in Vancouver next month. People dress up as anime characters.




but, some people dress up as cool American comicbook characters

Costume play is along the lines of fetish stuff. Some men are into women dressing up as nurses or maids some women are into men that dress up as doctors sailors or what ever else.

However the maid, doctors & nurses uniforms are very tame things along the lines of fetishism's... is that even a word fetishism's ?  Anyways when you compare costume play to things such as when they dress up as fury's (animal costumes) and animate dress up such as sailor moon costumes and what not like the astroboy costumes...

to each there own...
