I don't overeat and I try to eat more natural foods instead of processed crap full of chemicals, but I don't keep track of all the latest revelations about which foods cause cancer, kidney problems, etc and which improve eyesight yadda yadda yadda. It actually really effing annoys me when I am eating/ drinking something and someone walks up to me and goes on and on about how what I'm eating is going to take 1 year off my life if I eat it every day for 30 years. Someone at my work place once gave me a lecture about the caffiene in my tea. He told me that most of the caffiene comes out of the tea bag in the first brew, so a person should make one cup of tea, poor it out, then make a second cup of tea with the same teabag to drink. I just wanted to say who the fvcking hell cares about the teeny bit of caffiene in my tea... douche.
