Today march 8th is International Womens day
I  remember as a teen marching in some kind of parade with my self defense class. we were doing our kicks and punches and all that sort of crap. We were on the news and everything it was kind of fun. other then that day I have never done anything special for international womans day.
Today all I did was was paint inside the house
Maybe I should go out for dinner or something to support the day!

It's a huge holiday in Russia, all the women get flowers and presents

I ended up cooking dinner anyway. my husband was feeing kind of crappy tonight so we are staying home having a bottle of wine.
My stupid cat walked all over my fresh paint! LOL
I painted the window and ledge, I guess she wanted outside so she jumped up to go out the window. when I went to close the window I could see little foot prints all over the outside widow sill.
hopefully she doesn't try to lick her feet clean,that would not be good.
