ya there is a time and place for everything. Asking someone you barely know to kiss you at work can land you into trouble.

At least you'll know she's a bitch and you can move on.

If she would report you for asking her for a kiss, yes she is a bitch.

If you grabbed her by the c-word, I could understand filing a complaint.

Yeah...there's a line. I have to agree to SOME extent...some of these sexual harassment cases i read about, i am surpised they even make it as far as court...some things that women win major damages for, happen to me every day! just grin and bear it!  Not to diminsh the serious stuff that happens to some people, tho...

Nobody is going to get fired for asking for a kiss. Although I would never report someone for something so minor, I can understand why a woman would. She wants to make sure that managment is aware of the incident just in case the forwardness progresses. There have been sexual harassment cases where nobody believed the woman because she never once reported an incident or made anyone aware of how uncomfortable it made her feel. The woman would be made out to be full of sh-.

Your workplace sounds like my workplace!!! Lots of fun to be had, but i think everyone knows their limits. Seriously tho, remember that huge lawsuit that happend cuz that guy sent his coworkers pink panties for valentines day? and they all flipped out and the guy got sued for sexual harassment?  jeeesh.

Why would anybody feel upset or threatened by a person's request for a kiss?

I've never had anybody freak at me for telling them that I think they're sexy as all f***ing hell and I'd like to kiss them.

I get women saying no but these ones have either laughed and just thought I was goofy or were obviously flattered but not into me.

People should kiss each other more often.

I don't know about that. You never know where their mouth just came from.

True, but it's probably not half as bad as where their hands have been and I must shake a dozen a day....

That's why I keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer in my pocket while out in public.

Forn: where did anyone say she would be upset or threatened?

It's still a bad idea to do it at WORK. Just in case, ya know?

Though my office has the opposite issue. I did an ethics training thing about a month ago that had this one scenario where a guy was teasing his female friend at work about being easy. She was totally cool with it, but according to the test it was unacceptable behaviour because someone overhearing it might be offended. It was such bullsh-.

A few teenage girls showed interest in me in the past, but I'm so boring they lose interest fast. This one's in college. I'm not much of a humor guy. People tell me a joke and I don't know how to respond, except maybe a very fake laugh.

does this sound like the type of guy that would out of the blue go up to someone he JUST met and say "give me a kiss"  I don't think so.
You give bad advice forn, face it. Let us females respond to GF. He would stand a far better chance
listneing to what females have to say on the subject then listening to your logic!
He needs to build up his self confidence for starters.

Sorry to tell you this man, but girls don't normally go for the security guards. Not for the ones working  on the parkade anyway. Unless you are an armoured-car guard or something romantic like that  Cool

Me no security, me permit checker in Olympic uniform.

If I was attracted to a woman at work I would be forward and ask her for a kiss.

Maybe it doesn't work for all people but I've never had a problem.

If they're obviously some sort of lesbian or frigid type you probably wouldn't want to lock lips but then I don't find those types attractive anyway.
