you're sounding so enthusiastic  Tongue

I'm up and about and thinking how the hard part of winter is behind us and it will be smooth sailing into better and better days

just listening to the radio talking about how bad pop is for you, I think I will start today to not drink pop, I didn't drink too much before but a can and then a couple of refills a day when eating adds up to a lot of sugar

Pop has been in the news a lot lately. Pancreatic cancer, diabetes, osteoperosis, the list goes on and on at what even a couple cans a week can do.

I'll have to start drinking my rye straight up.

I rarely ever drink pop.never bought it for my kids either except for birthday parties etc.
they learnt young to just have water in restaurants.
My husband loves his stupid diet coke Angry I tell him that sh- is bad for you,but he is addicted to the crap I think.
as bad as sugar is for you I think sugar is better then aspertame.Anyway I try to avoid it all together.Once you get it out of your system, you NEVER crave it.trust me I know,I use to drink lots of pop as a kid.
when I need a mix for booze I use clamato or orange juice, something like that instead of pop.

Another effing monday... ugh!

Anywhoo, I rarely drink pop as well. When I do I can't drink much and it upsets my stomach and makes my mouth and teeth feel gross. It feels like drinking acid to me now. I prefer milk, but in a restaurant I'll just drink water. At work I drink tea because coffee bothers me too. I don't know how people can constantly consume those beverages that eat at your stomach lining. I mean once in a while yeah, but all day every day? Doesn't it make you feel ill?

I failed, I was in a rush for lunch, went to Mcdonalds and with my combo meal ordered a Coke without even thinking.

guess I'll have to start my no pop thing tomorrow

They are heavy framed wood windows.I think they just have a nicer look  then vinyl ones most people put in.
